Returns Policy

Claims for non delivery, shortages or any damages will only be accepted if received in writing within 5 days of the date of delivery.

On receipt of this notification we will verify the claim after which you will be informed of the next step of proceedings and whether you need to return the goods, await a credit etc.

All goods returned to H&B Supplies must be securely packaged so that no further damage can occur during transit. It is down to our discretion as to whether we will pay the return carriage.
