As an account manager, my goal is to help understand the needs of our customers. I strive to achieve good, honest working relationships with each of my customers.
Communication is key as my role largely includes nurturing existing business, as well as establishing new business opportunities.
Being able to differentiate between customers, as well as their requirements allow me to provide the best service I possibly can.
Having worked in both hospitality and retail alongside and prior to my studies, I felt that it was time for me to invest my time in a field where I’d be able to apply more of what I had learnt at University for my professional career.
I take great pride knowing that I have been given the responsibility to look after a variety of our customers, some of which we have been working with for many years! As the first point of contact at H&B Supplies for many customers, I love that on a daily basis, I am accountable for my actions – this feeling incentivises me to be proactive. Each day brings new challenges which keeps the role dynamic. I have a great set of colleagues I work alongside with a fantastic working environment.
