Balenciaga - Florabotanica
My job role is to administrate orders for our biggest customers. This means I take on a range of tasks including taking orders, invoicing, arranging deliveries, handling enquiries, booking deliveries and ensuring orders are processed for despatch on time.
I worked in a jewellery shop whilst I was in university, and for a few years after graduating, as a sales associate. I then moved to a start-up software company where I handled purchasing and customer services. My career so far has been quite varied which means I’ve gained a variety of skills and lots of useful knowledge in different areas.
I enjoy the fast pace of the job, it keeps me on my toes and every day is different. Working with such a wide range of customers means I have to adapt to fit the needs of each customer. The team here is great and the variety in my role means I have to coordinate with everyone which is good fun!
I have a serious tea addiction and have nearly 50 different types of tea at home.
